Tasked with generating the winds throughout Neotellus, there is no place the gale spirit Aparctias can call his home. Yet when he fell in love with a travelling young maiden, he ceased to fulfill his role and accompanied her instead. As a nature elemental, he was not to interfere in the affairs of humans, yet he disobeyed the code and abandoned his duties. Such an act could not go unpunished. Numerous other elementals sought to seize him and bring him to justice, yet none were able to catch the swift Aparctias.
