White Crusader Bauduin

Amidst the gentle snowfall, Bauduin silently sheds a tear. Believing that the gods have abandoned the world, his devout heart and soul have been thrown into chaos and misery. However, he must continue to fight until some sort of conclusion is reached, for that is his duty as a knight, regardless of whether his sense of pride and duty turn out to be meaningless or not.

Name OriginEdit

Baudoin (Baudouin, Bauduin) is a French variant of masculine name Baldwin (Old French, Old German); the meaning is "bold, brave friend". It is a two-element name derived from bald and wine with the meanings "bold, brave" and "friend" respectively. It was borne by Norman Crusader Baldwin of Boulogne, who was elected first king of Jerusalem in 1100.
