Account is suspended

Great now they make me lost my temper... There is some errors going on, that I have tried to clicked the button many times, and it still said the item will be direct to you or something. I close my apps and restart again the apps, now it said my account is suspended... What the...... Please tell me it is some kind of joke.., I have sent the email to them.. So we'll see after this!
