Hinatsuki is a combination of Japanese feminine names Hina and Tsuki. Hina is from elements 陽 (hi) "sun, sunlight" or 日 (hi) "day, sun" combined with 菜 (na) "vegetables, greens". Tsuki means "moon" or "month".
