Never letting a mere whisper of evil intent get past him, Sraosha spends all day in the heavens attentively listening to all creatures great and small in hopes of catching wind of evil plots. He comes down at nightfall, traveling the land and purging mankind of seeds of evil.

Name Origin[]
Sraosha is the Avestan language name of the Zoroastrian divinity of "Obedience" or "Observance", which is also the literal meaning of his name.
