The Wizard of Oz has dedicated himself to the restoration of Princess Ozma, petrified by the jealous Witch of the West. The King of the Emerald City, fooled by the Witch, has announced his divorce from the Queen. This leaves the nebulous fate of the city square in the Wizard's hands. Despite being at a loss for how to dispel the Witches' attacks, he remains calm and composed.
