Story[]
Weaving through the rough waves, you have finally reached the island where the goddess Amewl resides. Her paper talismans granted total protection from sea monsters, a must for any adventurer.
However, instead of simply giving you one as usual, she commands you fulfill a task fitting with the holiday season: Give her the present she desires.
Epilogue[]
Your sword struck the circlet on Amewl's brow, the one she had created when she swore to dedicate her life to protecting people. Unbeknownst to her, that symbol of her oath was also a restraint.
"Oh, so what I wanted was freedom..." she said with surprise. "I shall leave on my own adventure, but first, your reward..." One of her talismans then fluttered into your hand.
