Welcome to Legend of the Cryptids Wiki! The Community Portal is where the wiki community comes together to organize and discuss projects for the wiki, and find areas of the wiki that need tending to. Our Beginner's guide to editing is a good place to start if you've never edited before. Also, be sure to check our New User Center for other great resources. Registering for an account will help you keep track of your contributions, enable you to edit special areas of the site, and help you get to know the community better! For additional help on editing, check out Help:Contents and Category:Help. See our Rules and Guidelines to help guide you as you contribute and interact with other users. Make sure you're aware of our handy templates so you don't get confused or lost while editing. Here's a handy input box to get you started in creating your first wiki page. 	ADDING CARDS
Card editing makes up the core of our wiki. Use the following input fields to make adding cards easier with premade templates. Be sure to use the right input boxes for the different kinds of cards. 	COMMUNITY
Don't be afraid to get involved and become part of our community! If you want to discuss anything specific to an article, you can use the talk page for that article or the comments section if available. For everything else, you can use the wiki forums. The forums are also a great place to discuss suggestions for the site, or to ask for help from the community. User blogs are a great way of expressing opinions on anything related to the wiki or game. Start your own, or comment on someone else's! Don't be afraid to ask for help! Anyone from the community, or even our own wiki admin are happy to help with whatever you need! If you want to message specific users, try leaving a message on their Message Wall. Be part of the community today!

 

	PROJECTS
Projects are collaborative efforts of wiki contributors, with a goal of improving a set of articles that cover a specific area of interest or topic. Anyone may join existing projects and help or start a new project. Current Projects: None at this time

 

	CONTENT MANAGEMENT
This section outlines pages which need content management of some sort. Information on some pages may be too sparse or missing, the quality of specific article pages may need to checked, or new pages may need to be constructed. Cleanup required Pages requiring cleanup in order to meet wiki standards. Image cleanup required Pages with images which need to be cleaned up in order to meet wiki quality standards. Image needed Pages which require an image, or which would benefit from one. Incomplete information Pages which contain information which is incomplete or missing. Article stubs Pages which contain too little information. Upcoming content Pages featuring content yet to be released, or which is in the process of being released. Under construction Pages in the process of being built or completed. Wanted pages Suggestions for new pages or articles have been made. These pages may need to be created. Verification needed Pages with information in need of verification.

 

	MAINTENANCE
This section outlines pages or parts of the wiki in need of some maintenance. Pages or sections may need to be deleted, or categorized. Pages needing deletion Pages which need to be deleted. Reasons for deletion could include duplicate pages, spam, and innapropriate or offensive content. Merge Pages which contain too little information to warrant a seperate page. These pages would benefit from being merged with another one. Split Pages which are overly lengthy and which would benefit from being split into different pages. Uncategorized pages Pages which need to be categorized. Unused images Images which are not being used and may need to be deleted. Dead end pages Pages which do not link to any other page. Orphaned pages Similar to dead end pages, these pages are not linked from any page on the wiki.

Need help getting started? Come to our New User Center to brush up on the basics, find tips and tricks on editing, and get mentored by one of our experienced editors! Our Rules and guidelines can be a good place for general policies, as well as guidelines on editing and writing. Use our Manual of Style to learn how to keep our pages neat and consistent. Adding images is one of the easiest ways to help out at our wiki! Please take note of our Image guidelines when uploading pictures. Don't be afraid to update existing pages with new information! It's as simple as pressing the "Edit" button! Don't hesitate to contact our wiki admin if you ever need help! We're always happy to be of assistance!
