As an infant, the Ocean Dragon is without scales. At this stage of life it has yet to develop its latent strength and agility. As a result, the Ocean Dragon is still in danger of becoming prey to the sea creatures amongst which it dwells. Despite being of the ranks of dragons, it inhabits the deepest part of the ocean, where natural predators are at a minimum. Inevitably, however, its size and strength will increase, until it becomes the rightful ruler of the oceanic depths.
