Long ago, the ravishing Milfy sacrificed her youthful beauty in exchage for magical might. She morphed into a hideous-looking demon, and though she enjoyed her newfound powers, it was not long before she regretted discarding her ravishing appearance. So she decided to find a hapless young beauty and possess her body. Once the woman aged, she would transfer to a new host. And thus was Milfy able to make eternal beauty hers.

The classical Greek noun for "beauty" was kallos, and the adjective for "beautiful" was kalos. The Koine Greek ("common") word for beautiful was hōraios, an adjective etymologically coming from the word hōra, meaning "hour". In Koine Greek, beauty was thus associated with "being of one's hour". Thus, a ripe fruit (of its time) was considered beautiful, whereas a young woman trying to appear older or an older woman trying to appear younger would not be considered beautiful. In Attic Greek, hōraios had many meanings, including "youthful" and "ripe old age".
Milfy is a modern adjective for describing an attractive middle-aged woman, typically one who has children.
