Set a Password![]
Please register a password from the "Data Transfer Page" in case you lose your account. This password can also be used to transfer it to a different device.
You can access the "Data Transfer Page"
- from the 3 points (...) in the right top corner of the Start Page
- in Help under the topic "Data Transfer"
Transferring to a new device with a password[]
- Set up a temporary account on your new device.
- Access the "Data Transfer Page" and enter your original ID and password under "Enter Info."
- After the transfer is completed, the temporary account will be replaced with your original one and all purchased Gems will become bonus Gems.
Transfer to a new device without a password[]
If you didn't set a password you have to contact Support:
- ad_legend_support@mynet.co.jp for Android
- legend_support@mynet.co.jp for iOS
You have to proof that you own the account. Best way is to send a copy of a recipe of buying gems.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that Support will help you recover your account without a password only once!
Therefore: Set a password!
