The long-tailed dragon Vazquez fell deep into thought as he gazed at the water from his seaside perch. The Shadow King had come to the world's surface, and many evil monsters were ravaging the land. Many dragons had also apparently sided with the Shadow King. A confrontation between the gods and the Shadow King seemed imminent. If that should come to pass, "I want to get through this in one piece, if possible," he thought.

Name Origin[]
Vázquez (also spelled Vásquez, Vasques), in non Spanish-speaking countries often as Vazquez or Vasquez. Originally Basques (Vascos in Spanish) is French and English to describe an ethnic group which primarily inhabit an area traditionally known as the Basque Country. Other roots describe it as a Galician surname, in use not only in Galicia but all over Spanish-speaking world.
