The Fairy King has requested of Santa that Puck, a fairy highly skilled in transformation, be allowed to deliver the presents within their forest of Arboria. With that permission granted, and the arrival of Christmas Eve, Puck can't control his excitement, and ends up re-wrapping the presents out of nervous energy.
