Lore[]
Even a bamboo sword could be as feared as a demon blade in the hands of a master. And in those same hands, a masterpiece weapon could become an unstoppable force. Saigan possessed a technique honed though the ages and a blade that sliced through diamonds. He now held great power, but what he craved was a worthy opponent. And it was all the more because of his tremendous abilities that Saigan was confident of his superiority.

Name origin[]
A rōnin was a samurai with no lord or master during the feudal period (1185–1868) of Japan. A samurai became masterless from the death or fall of his master, or after the loss of his master's favor or privilege. The word rōnin literally means "wave man", understood as "a man tossed around like a wave", from ro "wave" and nin "man". That, however, is an idiomatic expression that means "vagrant" or "wandering man", someone who is without a home.
