Groa, Ice Archive Witch

Groa, after being pursued by Barbara, Undead Empress, stumbled upon an ancient archive of taboo magic preserved in ice. Such a place full of knowledge is considered sacred to witches, and she did not regret being forced out of her old home.

Name OriginEdit

In Norse Mythology, Gróa is the name of a shamanic seeress that appears in several stories. She is wife to Auravandil the Bold. In one story, she is tasked by Thor to take out shards of a whetstone left in his forehead after his battle with Hrungnir, a jotunn. But she became distracted in her work due to the news of her lost husband finding himself home, as told by Thor, and the shards became permanently embedded in the thunder god's forehead.óa
