Legends foretold of a black dragon that would destroy the world. But Grinis placed no stock in old wives' tales. This black dragon was her trusted partner, not some world-destroying monster. Unfortunately, the bounty hunters wouldn't buy it, forcing Grinis and her companion to live life on the run, constantly looking over their shoulders. Yet despite this persecution, her dragon friend never killed unless left with no other choice. Life wasn't fair. So Grinis vowed that she would be his knight, the sword standing between him and this cruel, cruel world.
