Glinda, Witch of the South

Though she appears young and pretty, Glinda is said to be the land's most proficient magician. Her magic fills the animals of Oz with vim and vigor and spreads peace far and wide. Despite the kingdom-wide ban on magic, she has received royal permission due to her noble heart, and helps keep Osiris at bay.
