The Witch of the East has taken up residence in the marshlands of the forest. Though the initial strike against the Emerald City with her sister, the Witch of the West, ended in failure, her ostentatious dwelling shows she has no intention of hiding despite the huge bounty on her head. She toys with the boorish bounty hunters looking to bring her in, seeing them as the perfect subjects to refine her witchcraft.
