Florence controls the blooming of every flower on the planet. She observes of the differences in the environments and seasons between each region to produce the best results. The entire winter is spent painstakingly planning an elaborate exhibition of blossoms for springtime. This has earned Neotellus the title of "the most beautiful planet in the cosmos", and everyone knows this is in no small part due to her efforts.
