Finical Summon Perpetua

Scattering copious rose petals upon a glassy lake during a full moon and reciting the incantation will summon Perpetua. She will then inquire as to why she was called forth Should the reason provided be trivial, she will drag the offender into the water, staining it a deep crimson. However, those who satisfy her with profound words of love will gain her affection, grace, and power.
