In the absence of King Louis XIII, Cardinal Richelieu wanted to gain control of Lutetia and rule the country, but died in the attempt. Now, years after he gave himself up to the darkness, Richelieu has been resurrected. Reborn, she now seeks to fulfill her desire and take over all of Frencia. He, or rather she, cackles with glee at her second chance.
