Els was the last survivor of her race of therianthropes with tails of light. It was said that those who ate the meat of her kind would gain immortality. This resulted in humans hunting them to extinction. Only she remained, for the abnormally strong life force she held could instantly heal any wound inflicted upon her. No matter how severe her injuries were, she would never die.
