A jet-black island emerges from the ocean mists. A perpetual tempest rages in its vicinity, black clouds blanketing the sky and rain pouring ever downwards. But what is known as "Ruination Isle" is in actuality a sleeping archdragon, Eldram. Even in this dormant form, his powers cause the wind howl and storms rage. His awakening would all too easily bring chaos to the oceans and cover the whole of Neotellus in a massive tidal wave.
