Hector bore the honorable title of "Digil's Gatekeeper," protector of the scattered ruins that lay within the southern desert until the Stigma transformed him into a fel golem. Fortunately, his daughter Tamana had affixed an evil-binding collar, a treasure of the ruins, around his neck before he had fully lost his mind. As she led him by the chain, she could still feel his watchful gaze behind the twisted visage.
