The people of Angust have nothing but spite in their hearts from the passing of so many of their comrades and even their beloved king. With the return of the tower, Diego and his compatriots swear revenge on the gods who cursed them with this cruel fate. They encroach upon forbidden land and begin their attack.

Diego is of Spanish origin, a variant of James (Hebrew) and Jacob (Dutch, English, German, and Scandinavian), the meaning is "he who supplants".
