Xipe Totec is called the goddess of death and rebirth, but due to her irresponsible nature, she only fulfills her duties when the mood strikes her. Practically everyone who deals with her feels that her attitude is too frivolous, as if she were toying with their very lives. Sad to say, that is an accurate assessment.
