In a crevasse that descends from the deep sea approaching the planet's core lies the black Darkwater Sea. Within these inky depths lives Abyss, who governs the order of the oceans. Those who do not abide by her laws are crushed as she fit. However, she has recently become concerned about the unrest brewing in the underworld, as the unrest seems to be having an effect on the "Outer Ocean", her term for Neotellus's waters.
