Cryptid Assault VIII (Marked for Death) is a Cryptid Assault Event, and the eighth in the series. It is scheduled to start on August 25, 2016 at 8:00 PM (PST) and end on August 28, 2016 at 7:59 PM (PST).

Feature Changes

• Ability Soul Explosion added.
• Abilities Flame Burst and Slash added as Rewards.
• Abilities Flame Burst, Slash and Soul Explosion can be evolved (upgraded).
• Ranking Rewards from 1st to 30th Place have been adjusted, making it a lot more harder to get the reward cards.
• Victory Rewards from Level 11 on have now minimum requirements.
• Special card Shelke the Black Widow (UR) adds 60% ATK/DEF boost to the Assault Deck when evolved.

• Assault Items are available in the Shop and as a bonus from the Bastion of Hope Card Pack.
