There is a legend in the far east of Neotellus that says that before she appeared, that humans did not exist. However, no one is sure if she is the one who created humanity. The only thing that is certain is that she brought forth water, gave water to this world, and governs the growth and prosperity of us all. She continues to this very day, unwavering in her convictions.
