Disruption Skill

This is the Passive Skill of the Havoc Almighty Rare and Almighty Rare EX cards and its Skill Level is raised with Martial Dragons.

• If activated it will reduce the chance of the opponent's regular Skills activating.
• A maximum of 3 Impulse and Disruption Skills can activate, even if more are shown.
• It isn't effected by opponent's Counter Skills.
• It doesn't affect regular Skills of the Front Line.
