It is no overstatement to say that Basilios is the protector of Tartas. After being brainwashed by Giorgos, Basilios was given the authority to decide the placement and fate of the prisoners. Basilios would sacrifice his life to complete his mission. He swears to help Tartas absorb the Spring of Life, erasing it from this world. To do so, he vows to rid the dungeon of these Heroes and make Selona of the oasis pay.
