All who cross blades with Kushana find their heads detached from their bodies before they realize it. Having mastered the art of the sword, she regards them not as trained warriors, but simpletons flailing a stick. Their disgraceful movements insult her craft, making them unfit to wield a proper weapon. Only those who are able to perceive and manipulate the flow of power can be true swordsmen in her eyes.

Name origin[]
Kushana is the fourth Imperial Princess of Torumekia, youngest daughter of the Vai Emperor in manga and anime Kaze no Tani no Nausicaa ("Nausicaa Of The Valley Of The Wind"). While she is not presented as completely evil, she is definitely an antagonist.
