Bartholomaus was regarded far and wide as the first dragon to set foot on Neotellus. Some said his strength and capabilities far exceeded those of the gods. Others assumed he was a divine vassal, sent to raze the planet on the day of judgment. Yet none had ever borne witness to him nor knew what became of him. From the time of creation, he has remained utterly removed from the affairs of the world.
