In a secluded, bamboo-dense area of Neotellus hid the small village of the Pandi tribe. Of their kind, it was the young Li-Meng's role to visit the human towns and procure necessary supplies. To ensure their existence would remain a secret, she always carried a straw hat to conceal her characteristic ears and disguised her furry hands and feet as gloves and footwear.
