Amasol's endless battle against the sun-consuming Eklipsis was a weighty burden, for if the life-giving light were to vanish from the skies, Neotellus would become a frozen wasteland. She exerted her full efforts in the continual struggle, yet the enormous Eklipsis was equally obdurate. Therefore, it was only a matter of time before he was able to succeed in breaking through her defenses.

"Ama" means loves in spanish while "sol" means sun. "Amasol" could be translated to "Sunlover".
