None who hold ill will for Annola are permitted to enter that secret canopy, just as those who she favors are unknowingly led to the cool shade of its branches. And there are some, like the meeker fairies, who will never part from her side. As if utterly content, all flutter and dance around her, perhaps the most characteristic sight for those who pass through the blessed grounds.
