The battle was so one-sided it felt wrong to call it such. Yet Raycent was certain the hunters had still not learned a single lesson, only realizing the truth as their heads were freed from their bodies. Raycent was utterly perplexed: how could they not be aware how powerless they were, how little a chance they stood against the dragons? Perhaps it was impossible for her to understand. There was little reason, after all, for someone as powerful as she to comprehend the minds of the weaklings.
