Sharin is the leader of the Vampire Order, an organization seeking to live in accord with humans. Her roles are threefold: She gathers vampires who are in assent with the Order's goals and arranges the purchase of the blood needed to sustain them. Her final task is to hunt rogues, or vampires who attack humans for sport. Such hunts are conducted nightly in order to ensure a new era of peace for her race.
