Y'newmy like others of the Red Sand Clan lived in the desert. Their name was derived from their characteristic hair color. For ages they kept alive the various legends of the ruins, handing them down to each successive generation. Y'newmy, said to have received the desert's blessings, was exceptionally clever. Almost as valuable as her mythological knowledge was her familiarity of the monsters that prowled the ruins, allowing her to fell them in an instant.
