Irene subdued a mighty giant with the power to create and it now obeys her every whim. This caused her to be loathed by the other gods for two main reasons. First, they envied the deviant power she possessed. Second, she continued to bring forth life of all kinds without cease: good and evil, beautiful and unsightly.
