However, she became overtaken by anxiety before her act. Would he like her singing? Would he disapprove of her strange friends? The monster children encouraged Luschka, telling her everything would be fine. With renewed confidence, Luschka and her choir gave a stirring presentation. When they finished, Luschka looked at her father's face and saw the brightest smile she had ever seen.
