Lore
It was a foregone conclusion that the avirons would fight back against the atrocities that befell them. Their numbers were, to the end, small, yet they fought adamantly against the humans for their right to once again take wing to the skies. The Azure Crusaders joined the avirons in arms in their resistance against the slaughter. Over the course of many trying conflicts, doubt began to take hold. I wondered often if our cause could be called just, even if the lives we took were taken in defense of the innocent.
