(Mimic) Forest Beast Yale

Lore[]

During the hunt, the Yale's horns strengthen, and its color changes to mimic its surroundings. Lying motionlessly amongst the leaves, it lunges at any potential prey that draws near.

Name Origin[]

The yale (also "centicore", Latin "eale") is a mythical beast found in European mythology. Most descriptions make it an antelope- or goat-like four-legged creature with large horns that it can swivel in any direction.
