(Just) Gallahan, Royal Mercenary

Lore[]

Gallahan showed tremendous composure despite the predicament he and Ihana faced. "By the way, we never decided on a reward." "I have nothing to offer for your service," Ihana replied. "What about your heart?" said Gallahan, coolly. Without looking back as she continued to run down the storm-swept path, she whispered, "Defend me, my sword." Gallahan stood at her back, arms spread wide to obstruct the pursuers bearing down upon them. - The Princess's Plight, Chapter 2

Acquisition[]

See Gallahan, Royal Mercenary.

Name origin[]

Gallahan is of Irish origin, probably a variant of Galligan; the meaning is "strife".

Alternately, an anglicized form of the Irish surname O'ceallachain, with the prefix "O" meaning "descendent of" Ceallachain. Ceallachain, who died in 952 was the King of Munster.
