A strange illness had overcome the forest of the aged treefolk, demise imminent as they withered away in succession. In a final bid for salvation, they collected as much of the contaminated Lifewater as possible and poured it over their youngest, Renaulia. As she stirred from her slumber, the others looked on with the hope her youthfulness would stave off the foul disease.
