No wound was left on his body; it had shattered his soul, which all undead required to exist regardless of their presumed immortality. Upon hearing their master's final cries of agony, other deathless fiends approached with rage in their eyes. Despite the looming threat, Joffé smiled fearlessly and unleashed another volley of arrows.
