Anshar could not claim to be a true "ally of justice," for it was an instinctual revulsion of evil, rather than a sense of righteousness, that motivated her to punish rogues wherever she encountered them. In her journeys, she found that most scoundrels readily capitulated when injured, and she could command them to serve as her personal conveyance. That tendency to take advantage of others revealed she had room for improvement herself.
