(Embodying) Verjini of Dark Horrors (new)

Lore[]

Verjini had always found the humans' celebration on that night of great merriment peculiar. On Halloween, they feared not even her nightmarish creations. Slipping into the festivities, the lady of night drank and sang songs with the humans. Confident that, by the end, their banquet would change from a celebration of darkness to a circle of deference, she knew the humans would realize adoration and fear could be all too similar emotions.

Acquisition[]

See Verjini of Dark Horrors.

Name origin[]

The English word horror came from Old French horror, which derived from Latin horror ("a bristling, a shaking, trembling as with cold or fear, terror"), from verb horrere ("to bristle, shake, be terrified").
