Surrounded by pirates, Hawkins found himself in a dire situation. The pirates narrowed their eyes at Hawkins as he waved his sword menacingly. Hawkins himself felt no fear in his heart as he coolly searched for a way to overcome the current crisis. He had been prepared for death from the moment he sailed out of port. He saw no point in wasting his time fearing a bunch of scurvy swashbucklers.
