Iriheim contemplated his purpose as a knight. He would watch the enemy soldiers and their kin fall into the hands of slave traders after every victorious battle. Each life was shackled by forced servitude, all to fill the bellies of the cruel merchants. Though bound by loyalty to his kingdom, he felt the burden of responsibility for such a heinous custom weigh ever heavier.
